1. Acceptance of Agreement: By accessing our website or utilizing any service provided, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any subsequent amendments thereto.
2. Description of Services: We provide back-end office support, human resources assistance, marketing coordination, logistics, and related administrative functions as outlined on our site. We do not provide any professional advice, be it legal, tax, or investment; Apex Office Group retains ownership of all outputs until they receive full payment.
3. Payment Terms: Fees are payable via approved electronic methods within thirty (30) days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lesser.
4. Termination & Cancellation: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if (a) payment is overdue by fifteen (15) days, (b) misuse of service is detected, or (c) account security is compromised. You may terminate monthly engagement with seven (7) calendar days’ written notice.
5. Intellectual Property: All templates, documents, reports, and creative works produced in the course of service remain the copyright of AOG until payment is complete, after which a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for internal use only. Adaptation for resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.
6. User Conduct: You shall not transmit unlawful, harassing, obscene, defamatory, or spam content through our channels. We retain the right to disable accounts violating this clause immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability: Apex Office Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime, data error, or client-provided inaccuracies. Liability in no case shall exceed the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse or inaccurate information supplied.
9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of laws.
10. Amendments: We may update these terms at any time—the last revision is posted on our website.

Services are non-refundable once execution has begun, as work is performed on a time- and project-committed basis.
Requests for full refund must be submitted in writing prior to commencement of any task; we allow one such cancellation per engagement, subject to a five-percent administrative charge.
Any overpayment or adjustment will be credited or returned within fifteen (15) business days.
Fees paid toward third-party filings, registrations, or licenses are non-recoverable once processed.
All refund disputes shall be resolved under the laws of Rhode Island.
